Hi there! My name is Sydney, and I am a Basic needs Marketing and Outreach Coordinator finishing up my fourth year at UCSB. Along with my team, I promote basic need resources for students and guide them towards the necessary information in order for them to thrive on campus. As a first-generation student, the path to success might not look exactly the same or contain the same challenges for every student alike, but our job is to provide students with all the basics they need to help them get there. In my free time, I love going to concerts, laying at the beach, or reading books (sometimes I finish them).
