Associated Students Food Bank

The Associated Students Food Bank is a student-run, student-led service on campus that provides eligible students with free, fresh produce, food products, and toiletry items.

Explore a variety of dining options available on campus, as well as a list of establishments that accept Gaucho Bucks and Dining Dollars.

Edible Campus Program

The Edible Campus Program provides fresh produce to the Associated Students Food Bank that was grown here on campus. They also offer opportunities for students to help grow food through their Urban OrchardHydroponic Vertical Garden Project, or Campus Farm.

Gaucho Certified Farmers Market

Pick up fresh produce and delicious food from local farmers and vendors every Wednesday from 11:00am-2:00pm next to Ellison Hall.

Health & Wellness

The UCSB Health & Wellness Program promotes the mental, physical, and social health of all students by enhancing individual skills and positive relationships with families, peers and the UCSB/Isla Vista community.

Isla Vista Food Cooperative

The Isla Vista Food Co-op is a 45 year-old community grocery store, open to the public and cooperatively owned by over 2,000 people. Income from the grocery store directly supports the Co-op’s goal of making high-quality food more widely accessible.

Nutrition Counseling

The UCSB Nutrition Counseling program helps students have a healthy relationship with food, learn nutrition fact from fiction, and develop a positive body image.

Residential Dining

Residential Dining Services can ensure healthy and delicious meal options at any of the four dining commons. Menus are designed to include sustainable, healthy, high-quality food to meet our diverse population. Residential Dining provides balance meals meeting a myriad of dietary needs including vegan, vegetarian, and more.

SRB Kitchen Reservation

OSL Registered Student Groups or affiliated organizations of Associated Students or the Graduate Students Association may reserve the Student Resource Building's kitchen on a first-come, first-served basis. Click here to find out how.
