A.S. Commission on Student Well-Being (COSWB)

The Associated Students Commission on Student Well-Being (COSWB) is committed to the well-being of UCSB undergraduates, with a particular emphasis on physical, nutritional, and mental well-being. Its main purpose is to increase awareness, educate, advocate, and serve as a reference point for student social services.


Food, Nutrition, and Basic Skills

The Food, Nutrition, and Basic Skills programs provides students and community members with budgeting and planning skills, kitchen basics, cooking and nutrition basics, and food connection through food demos and other interactive events taking place on campus and in Isla Vista.


Health & Wellness Wednesdays

UCSB students interested in workshops pertaining to healthy living and eating, sexual health and relationships, alcohol and drugs, and well-being should attend Wellness Wednesdays with Health & Wellness.
