1 apple
1 oz honey

1 tablespoon cranberries

2 carrots
1/2 onion
1 stalk of celery
2 potatoes
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 cup water
1 oz lentils
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves

1 cup water
1 cup rice
1/2 head of lettuce
3 tomatoes
3 tablespoons tomato sauce

1 teaspoon garlic
